Living MY Life.

So, summer is finally here!!!! Now I don't know how long it will stay, cause we all know Montana weather, and when it wants to BLESS us with snow in June! And if you don't I feel sorry for you, cause I don't care what anyone else says Montana is beautiful. It never stops showing me how mighty God is, and how glorious everything he created is. Anyway life as I said before never stops and I feel as if I starting to catch up with it, and not trying to chase it. Which is exciting!! Tomorrow is our last day of school (Yippie) and oh how I can not wait... Fuego, camping, birthday, California, Fort Benton, are all the amazing things I'm looking forward to! Not to mention the floating trips, volleyball, picnics, sun!, swimming, the river, and friends. All the blessings that God pours on me everyday!!

The summer is also a needed time to be with the people who love you 24/7! It really is the time for me to get filled, and spend time with God. To get all the love, mercy, grace, and wonderful wisdom of God, to pour out next year!! You really get equipped with tools needed to defeat the enemy and claim victory in kids heart next year!! I LOVE THE SUMMER:)

Just keep SWIMMING!

So I've discovered that the little fish on Finding Nemo, Dory was right! We just need to keep swimming... and swimming... and swimming! But I guess Nate Swanson is right also. In his message last night about how we can NEVER GIVE UP!! No matter what, God's always going to be with you so never back down, and start "wrestling" with God. This makes so much sense to me, and it only continues to assure me that I have an amazing God, that will never forsake me!!! Maybe Dory knew that too!! :) Anyways, school is coming to a close (11 more days) and it just keeps getting tougher and tougher. But last night and this morning God reassured me that people still need his love, and are still hurting. So I can't stop pouring out God's love on the people that need it most, even if there are only 2 weeks left of school!!!

I MADE IT!!!!

Oh My Goodness!!!! I absolutely can not believe it!! I Marissa Elaine Evans got into the top choir at GFHS! Delphian!!!!!!! Ok so the story is, I got callbacks, and went they were great, and then awaited the List to be released! A couple days later I got a note saying, "because of logistical reasons there will be a second callback. at 7:00 am today!" So, This morning I came to school bright and early to the second callbacks. We sang through a 19 part song (crazy i know) then Mr. Volf says I'm handing out a huge piece of music in an envelope, Don't OPEN it! so we all got it and then he said ok open it! we did and all the delphian seniors ran in with donuts and whistles, and said welcome to Delphian! Oh then he called Rhapsody, and said my name!!!!!!! Sorry I'm not really making sense right now I'm still shaking!!!! AAAAHHHHHHH! is all i feel

HElp hElp! Someone stole my mom, sister Christel, and my niece and nephew:( I got wind of them driving to CALIFORNIA! yeah hot, sunny, wonderful, Cali. Oh! and don't let me forget what they're doing there, seeing Amber, Dan, and the kids. (whom I haven't seen in like a year!) Me, Marissa, alone in little Great Falls, that today happen to make every one's life better and SNOW! I am alone...echo!...echo!... for 10 days! John and Elisha are coming this weekend, but still sunny California...Really!

Running!

Now, a while ago I said that I hated running! Well, I found I do not like running for no purpose. Just recently my very good friend Kelsey told me that when you run you feel accomplished and strong. This I didn't believe at all, I thought I rather die than run just for the fun of it. Well I have changed my mind on running. You do feel better after running, and it does empower you. I am proud to say that I just got done running around my neighborhood, and I feel GREAT! My goal is to run everyday, just a little, and I'm so excited to be healthy!

Flash Back Friday!

ok, so it amazing that I'm still so young and yet trends and styles have already come and gone. And by that introduction you might know what I'm talking about. Today as I was walking into school I watched as a group of kids passed a sack full of sand around with there foot. Yes, Hackey sack. (and if thats spelt wrong, its not my fault) I remember when my sister and her friends used to play hakey sack all the time, and how sometimes they would let me play. Which was nice because I was really BAD. Anyway I had a quiet laugh and flashback!
